Welcome!

Welcome to the group blog for the 2007 Community Based Research Fellows. The four Fellows were chosen by the APPLES Community-Based Research Committee for their summer research projects aiming to understand a specific issue facing a community, and developing strategies for addressing such issues.

This site is a central blog that links the four Fellows and their projects, all conducted in various communities in different parts of the world. Please use this website to visit their individual blogs, keeping in mind questions of how one issue can affect a given community on mulitple levels. Feel free to pose questions, post comments, or draw parallels or discrepancies in their research experiences.
